Susan Olmetti is an inspirational abstract artist in New York and Chicago, with a history of art shows at the Hotel Chelsea, Tappan Z art gallery in Hudson Valley and a range of high profile art venues in both New York and Chicago. As well as abstract paintings, Susan creates 3-dimensional art sculptures, murals and fashion design (often creating clothing that works in harmony with Mercura NYC's sunglasses). Susan has bipolar disorder, so has strong ups and downs. She has a lively personality and her art is a means to transcend the bipolar disorder and embrace joy. Much of her artwork, including the Jonah series, reflects her frenetic passion and abundant energy, with the twists and turns of coulour on canvas representing her inner emotions.

In Susan's nude art, she bares her body as though laying bare her soul and revealing the provocative side of herself. Her nude artowrk has been featured in the UK published 'When Fletcher and Haye Met'. Her paintings avoid the physical form so as to keep with Susan's spiritual desire to keep her artwork pure.
